copyright
I learned a lot of new things about copyright and fair use laws. Many teachers are probably not aware that they are not using copyrighted material in the correct way. I was surprised by some of the laws. Who would of thought you couldn't show a Disney movie at recess. Next time we'll put an educational twist with it! It is important for teachers to be aware of the laws and to follow them as well as they can!

I was surprised to by the fact that you can not watch a Disney movie at a daycare facility with out breaking copyright. I subbed last week for a music class and we watched the movie "Happy Feet". I guess I could say that the movie was related to music because the penguins were trying to find their heart song. With all the copyright laws, who can keep up.
